Elijah Cummings, 1951-2019

Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-MD), chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, died in the early hours of Thursday morning from “complications concerning longstanding health challenges,” according to a statement from his spokeswoman, Trudy Perkins.
