Per CNN:

The federal jury in the civil case against organizers of the deadly 2017 Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, has reached a verdict on some of the claims but is deadlocked on others.

The jury in Unite the Right trial finds all of defendants violated a Virginia state conspiracy law.

A federal jury in Charlottesville, Virginia, could not reach a verdict on claims one and two in the Unite the Right civil trial.

Claim one was the most prominent claim against the defendants in the civil lawsuit because it pertains to whether the defendants conspired to commit racially motivated violence.

The jury could also not reach a verdict on claim two, which pertains to whether the defendants had knowledge of a conspiracy for racially motivated violence and failed to prevent it.

According to multiple news outlets, the jury has awarded damages of $25 million to nine plaintiffs.

The defendants are:

• Jason Kessler, the rally’s main organizer
• Richard Spencer, the white nationalist who coined the term “alt-right” to whitewash the alliance of fringe fascists, neo-Nazis and racists
• Christopher Cantwell, a white supremacist now known as the “crying Nazi” after he posted a tearful viral video when he learned a warrant for his arrest on assault charges for using pepper spray against Charlottesville counterdemonstrators had been issued
• Matthew Heimbach, who founded a now disbanded neo-Nazi group and has ties to far-right factions in Eastern Europe
• James A. Fields Jr., presently serving a life prison sentence for speeding his car into a crowd of counterprotesters
• Robert “Azzmador” Ray, a racist podcaster and contributing writer for the neo-Nazi website Daily Stormer
• Nathan Damigo, ex-felon, ardent racist, and co-founder of hate group Identity Evropa
• Elliott Kline, the onetime leader of Identity Evropa
• Matt Parrott, co-founder of hate group Traditionalist Workers Party
