Multiple people were killed early on Sunday in a crash involving a passenger bus, two tractor-trailers and passenger vehicles in Pennsylvania, officials said.
Pennsylvania Turnpike spokesman Carl DeFebo confirmed the deaths on Twitter, but a number was not immediately reported.
