Tesla gets restraining order against alleged short seller
Electric carmaker claims man repeatedly harassed its employees in California
Tesla has been granted a temporary restraining order against an alleged short seller, preventing him from approaching the electric carmaker’s California factory following claims of harassment.
The electric carmaker claimed in its application for the order that the man had repeatedly harassed its employees. He allegedly controls a critical Twitter account that regularly claims Tesla engages in fraud and which claims to be betting that Tesla shares will fall.
